Arthur Rank Charity Shop, Great Shelford
Could support us in recruiting a large number of volunteers to support us in our Charity shops. The shop role is very flexible and a great way for someone to build their confidence and reintegrate, I know lots of our community have struggled with loneliness and isolation during this period. We have shops across Cambridgeshire and a new Retail Hub, shifts are usually a morning or afternoon once a week so a very nice, manageable time commitment. As a Charity, and particularly a healthcare Charity, we are acutely aware of the need for people to feel safe and supported in their role at this time. We have a number of precautions in place and have spent a lot of time ensuring that both the practical and emotional needs of our volunteers are catered for.
