•The Old School Studio is a friendly and unique working studio in a Victorian schoolhouse in the pretty village of Whittlesford.  As well as two upstairs studios and an art lovers library on a mezzanine floor, the studio also benefits from a large ground floor space used for tutored painting workshops and drop-in days.   To the side of the building is a small, but pretty garden, plus a courtyard at the rear.  The whole of the studio is a permanent art gallery, showing both Val Pettifer and Lesley Rumble’s paintings.  Both artists paint a wide range of subjects and mediums, including watercolours, acrylics, pastels, oils and mixed media.  So why not treat yourself to something different, and visit a ‘real’ working studio.  The upstairs also have a range of work in progress on display.
