A black and silver ‘Giant’ hybrid bicycle was stolen from a driveway in  Abberley Wood, Great Shelford between 10pm on 21st June and 7am on 22nd June

Four gardening metal planters were stolen from the front garden of a property in Coppice Avenue, Great Shelford and the flowers strewn around between 9am and 6pm  21st June.

At around 7am on June 20 a white van pulled on to a drive in Ashen Green, when a roll of electrical wire was stolen.

The Sawston cycle path is getting overgrown. Grass is over a metre high in places and reducing the width for cyclists and pedestrians. This is particularly bad on the section alongside the A1301 between the old railway bridge and the pedestrian crossing. Photo John Wakefield.

"This woman parked across my drive and the bike lane on Cambridge Road for 10-15 minutes the morning of Saturday 21st April. When I went to take these photos, I discovered her engine was still running. What was so important she couldn't break her call long enough to find somewhere legal to park and switch off the engine? Hard to think of anything. She drove off, seemingly continuing her conversation - fortunately, for me, if not other drivers, the opposite way to me!" Deborah Bardsley.
On the morning of Wednesday 4th April two cars double parked in Leeway Avenue blocking the road to large vehicles including ambulances and fire engines. The culprit was the driver of a Mini Cooper car (B11SRX) that double parked opposite a Citroen Picasso which had been previously parked on the opposite side of the road. The police were notified.
